The area is tranquil at night, allowing for restful sleep under a sky filled with stars. The property is enveloped in lush greenery, providing an oasis of calm away from the world.

Boheme- the hotel restaurant

I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner there on multiple occasions, with one dish in particular that left an indelible mark on my memory: the charred cod, served with prawn bisque, pine nuts, olives, kaffir lime, and a side of buttery mashed potatoes. It was a symphony of flavors—perfectly grilled fish paired with a rich, aromatic sauce. I couldn’t resist ordering it again. The local prawn spaghetti, while delicious, didn’t carry the same sense of uniqueness but was nonetheless a satisfying dish. The rotating breakfast menu also impressed with its creativity, featuring a wide range of options. I found the breakfast sandwiches particularly ambitious—especially the tuna, poached eggs, and avocado combination, which was an unexpected delight.

The wow factor – floating breakfast

The floating breakfast was, without a doubt, the highlight of my stay. Imagine waking up to a tray of beautifully arranged breakfast dishes, accompanied by rose petals, served in your own private pool. It was an experience that felt indulgent and magical, a memory that will certainly bring joy on colder, rainier days back home. The mushroom sandwich was delightful, and the coffee? Simply perfect.

The Hotel Spa – Jani Spa

The in-house spa offers a much-needed respite. I indulged in a traditional Balinese massage, which was firm yet soothing, melting away the tension from my long flight. The spa’s professional staff provided a calming escape. I also tried the foot reflexology massage, which left me feeling rejuvenated. After the treatment, I couldn’t help but feel that something deeply healing had taken place.

The beach

The beach is not for swimming, but it is a surfers place.

The Village & Surroundings

The hotel is located in a charming seaside village, where narrow streets are lined with unique restaurants and quirky shops. All seem quite new, fresh and designed with love.

I had the chance to try a few eateries in the area, and each offered something special. The Optimist restaurant, located just across from the hotel, stands out with its innovative menu and passionate approach to food. The atmosphere is relaxed yet stylish, and the dishes are thoughtfully prepared. The Zali Lebanese restaurant, a mere 200 meters away, offers a delightful taste of Lebanon with an authentic menu and a warm, inviting ambiance.
